It uses a disposable propane canister but can be outfitted for the large tanks or a home gas hookup. This grill gets extra styling points just because it looks cool and can cook.
The Holland Portable is the luxury liner of tailgating grills or less of course you pull yours in on its own trailer. It has 212 square inches of cooking space so it can accommodate several whole chickens or a large roast. It does not heat up quickly or cook fast. This grill is for the martini sipping laid back tailgater who wants to load up the grill, close the lid and let it do the work.
